The service
Kayru is an organisation system for tattoo artists: quote requests, clients, calendar, messages, money and reports, with optional integrations. It is provided by Eikon (Eikon Marketing LTDA, CNPJ 42.391.768/0001-83), with registered office at Av. Anápolis, n. 2134, Qd. 03, Lt. 01, Sala 103, Vila Concórdia, Goiânia/GO, CEP 74770-270 and customer service at Rua do Saveu, Qd. 21-A, Lt. 04, n. 261, Sobrado 01, Jardim Atlântico, Goiânia/GO, CEP 74343-520, as a monthly or annual subscription.
Account and workspace
One Google account, one workspace, one professional. Accounts are only for people aged 18 or over. You are responsible for what you record about your clients and for having a legal basis to process that data. The version of these terms you accepted is recorded in your account, with the date of acceptance.
Your clients’ data
For your clients’ data, you are the controller and Eikon is the processor. Eikon processes that data only according to your instructions, which are these terms and what you do in the product; keeps it confidential and applies the security measures described in the privacy policy; uses only the providers listed there; helps you answer data subject requests and handle security incidents; and, when the contract ends, lets you export the data and deletes it at your request, within the periods described in the policy.
Price, trial and billing
The plan on sale, in two billing cycles: R$ 98.70 per month or R$ 987 per year. The annual plan is the price of 10 monthly payments. The first 7 days are free: to start the trial, when you create your space you choose the cycle, monthly or annual, and register your card through Stripe. Nothing is charged during the trial. The first charge is automatic when the trial ends, on day 8, at the price of the chosen cycle. If you cancel before the trial ends, nothing is charged. There is one trial per person. After the first charge, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel: monthly every month, and annual every 12 months, again at the annual price. If the first charge is declined, your space stays open for viewing and export, but not for creating or editing, until the payment is confirmed. No lock-in and no penalty: cancel whenever you like; there is no new charge, and write access lasts until the end of the cycle already paid for, the month or the year. The full refund guarantee within 7 days after the first charge applies to both cycles, including the annual one.
Refunds and right of withdrawal
When you cancel, there are no further charges and write access continues until the end of the cycle already paid for. On the annual plan, payment is made in advance for 12 months: cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps access until the end of the contracted period. We do not refund a pro-rata amount for the current period, outside the guarantee below and the cases provided for by law, such as the right of withdrawal, undue charges or service failure.
Additional contractual guarantee: within the 7 days following the first charge, the refund is full, for any reason, on both cycles. Just ask at contato@kayru.com.br; the refund is made by Stripe, to the same card. With the refund, the subscription ends immediately: the space can no longer create or edit, and you can still sign in to view and export your data, as described below.
This guarantee does not reduce legal rights. Where the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code applies, the right of withdrawal under article 49 applies within the period and on the terms set by law, and a request made within that period is also refunded in full.
How to cancel and contact us
To cancel, go to Settings › Subscription › Manage, inside Kayru: cancellation is done on Stripe’s page and confirmed immediately, on screen. If you cannot sign in to Kayru, request cancellation, withdrawal or a refund at contato@kayru.com.br. We confirm receipt of each request and reply within 5 days.
When the subscription lapses or is cancelled
You can still sign in, read everything and export your data, including the health forms as PDF, for 12 months after the subscription ends. What is blocked is creating and editing, until you renew, and your public form stops receiving requests. Before that period ends, we warn you by email; after it, the space may be deleted, as described in the privacy policy.
What Kayru does not do
- It does not send WhatsApp messages for you: it prepares the text and opens the conversation. You are the one who sends it, and Kayru does not know whether the message was delivered or read.
- It does not create or edit ads, nor events other than its own in your Google Calendar.
- It does not guarantee business results. The numbers it shows are your numbers.
Acceptable use
Do not use Kayru to send spam, to record people’s data without a basis for it, or to try to access another tattoo artist’s space. Abuse of the public form or of any service limit may lead to the space being suspended. Suspension is notified by email, with the reason and 5 days to fix it, and can be contested at contato@kayru.com.br. It is immediate only in the case of serious ongoing abuse, such as an attack on the service or mass sending; in that case, the notice follows right after.
Availability and support
Kayru is run with care, but without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Outages and maintenance are announced when they affect use. Support answers the tickets opened inside the product, each with a reference number, and at contato@kayru.com.br, including when it is not possible to sign in.
If Kayru shuts down
We will notify you by email at least 60 days in advance. During that period, you can keep using it and export all your data, including the health forms as PDF. On the annual plan, we refund the amount proportional to the paid months that will not be used.
Changes to these terms
Material changes are announced by email before they take effect and do not reduce rights already acquired. A new price is announced at least 30 days in advance and applies only from the renewal following the notice; on the annual plan, the amount already paid does not change until the end of the period. You can cancel before the new price applies, with no fee.
Law and jurisdiction
Brazilian law applies. Jurisdiction: Comarca de Goiânia/GO. This is without prejudice to the legally competent forum and, where applicable, the forum of the consumer’s domicile.
