While you tattoo, the new request sits in your DMs, tomorrow's session is in a notebook and nobody wrote down last week's deposit. It isn't carelessness. There's just no one looking after what happens away from the station.
The quote request lands in your DMs, between a friend's message and an ad. You reply when you can, and sometimes you forget to.
The session is on paper, the follow-up is in your head and only you know which slots are free.
A deposit from one client, a balance from another, the card machine fee, rent and supplies. At the end of the month, nobody knows what's really left.

The screens
You share one link. The client answers one question at a time, describes the idea, picks the placement and uploads reference photos, without creating an account. The request lands on your board on its own.
Each channel gets its own short link, with a click count: bio, ad, story.
Each request is a card, with the name and phone number up front. Five stages: New lead, In progress, Booked, Finished and No reply, plus a column for lost ones.
Reference photos open in a gallery. In the "Message" menu you pick a template and Kayru opens WhatsApp with the text already written. You hit send.
The calendar shows day, week and month. Connect Google Calendar and your sessions show up there; your Google events show up here as busy time.
When you book, Kayru emails the client the health form link. They fill in the health questionnaire and sign the consent form on their phone, with a finger, before they arrive.
After the session, you set a follow-up date on the card: the touch-up, the healed photo, the next piece. When the day comes, the client shows up on your Home screen, with a button to open the chat.
The aftercare, review and touch-up emails have already gone out on their own, on the schedule you chose.
What comes with it
Two things tattoo artists usually handle in a spreadsheet, and that Kayru keeps right next to the client.
You record the agreed price, the deposit and the balance, and the card machine fee is shown on its own. In Fees, you enter your invoice tax rate and Kayru calculates the tax on card sessions. Expenses, fixed costs, supplies and the monthly target sit together, with a balance for each month. Kayru doesn't collect the client's deposit or take a cut of it.

The campaign in the link follows the request all the way to payment. With your Meta Ads account connected, each campaign's spend shows up next to what it brought in. The Meta Pixel on the form only fires with the client's consent.

7 days free. You add your card when you create your space, and nothing is charged for 7 days. The first charge is on day 8; cancel before that and you pay nothing. If you change your mind within 7 days after the first charge, we refund the full amount.
If you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged. If you cancel later, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and there are no further charges; on the annual plan, cancelling stops the next renewal. We do not refund a prorated amount, except where the law provides otherwise. Within 7 days after the first charge, we refund the full amount: this is our own guarantee, on top of the law. The right of withdrawal under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, where applicable, applies within the period and on the terms set by law.

No. Kayru doesn't collect your client's deposit and doesn't take a cut of it. You get paid the way you already do and record it in Money. The price is the same every month.
